Long-Distance Consultations

I work with clients all over the country every week.  Many of them I have never met in person, but we are able to work very effectively by phone or by webcam. I use AIM, Skype and Google for webcam sessions, all of which are free, and very simple to set up if you have a camera for your computer.

Webcam sessions can be particularly useful with kids, as it allows me to see them in their own environment.

For my local clients, if you can not come to my office because of bad weather, car problems, illness, being stuck at work, or at home with sick kids, please let me know, and we will conduct our session by phone or webcam instead. You will be surprised to discover how much we can accomplish that way.  And if you have a scheduled appointment you can’t make, a phone or webcam session can save you a cancellation fee.

Once you are an established client, distance sessions can also be used when you or a family member are sick, and want help to make recovery quicker and easier. It is usually possible to find something that will both help you heal and address symptoms and help you feel better, without suppressing them, as pharmaceutical products do. These “sick calls” can usually be scheduled for the same day, with my fee prorated for the amount of time we actually use (usually 15-30 minutes).
