Allergy medicines do nothing to help you get better; they just suppress symptoms temporarily. Wouldn’t you rather eliminate the problem altogether, and improve your health at the same time? It may be more possible than you think.
If you feel like you have done everything right—with no success. If you have found that watching your diet and limiting calories, even with exercise, does not work. You are not alone. If you have had this experience, it is not your fault! So many people have tried dieting, tried exercise, and still have not successfully gotten to the weight and body composition they know they could have. In a culture that worships at the altar of youth, what can a woman expect once she reaches her forties and fifties?
